Kenneth's Daily Update

OCT 26 - FINISHED Gulfport. The day I've been looking for has finally arrived! Bob Joiner and I made our last presentation today at Central Middle School in Gulfport. We had an audience of 300 attentive kids and felt that they were receptive to the message.

Step With It!™ Mississippi was kicked off recently to raise Mississippi's awareness of the importance of physical activity. Beginning in Corinth, Mississippi on September 20, Coca-Cola bottler Kenneth Williams is attempting to run the entire length of the state, 375 miles, ending his run in Gulfport. Along the way, Kenneth will lead Step With It!™ programs in middle schools, Boys & Girls Clubs and local communities.

Interested consumers and businesses can make contributions by visiting the Boys and Girls Clubs website. To learn how you can make a difference through Step With It!™ click on the logo below.

Kenneth's run will demonstrate to youth and adults that it's easy to stay fit if you make it your goal to take 10,000 steps a day, whether it's by walking, running or even dancing.

Check out the features on this Web site for more information about the Step With It! program and how you can achieve physical fitness.
